Introducing R25 2.0: The Vault Infrastructure for Next Generation Digital Finance
Institutional-grade vault infrastructure comes onchain, enabling asset managers and curators to transform yield strategies into a programmable, scalable on-chain vault product.
The Next Phase of Tokenization
Tokenization has moved beyond experimentation. Over the past 12 months, the tokenized real-world asset (RWA) market has surpassed $730 billion on total value, with institutions including BlackRock, Apollo, Franklin Templeton, and Janus Henderson bringing investment products onchain. At the same time, the emergence of Hyperliquid’s pre-IPO perp markets is one example of how price discovery and liquidity are beginning to move across the boundary between traditional and decentralized markets.
Yet, when you try to push tokenization further, you hit a wall: 90% of onchain asset management products today still rely on outdated workflows: weekly NAV calculations, manual subscription processing, and relationship-driven capital distribution. Rather than transparent, automated systems, they depend on backend custodians and batch manual processing.
While tokenization has made assets digital, the next opportunity is to make them programmable. The future is not simply about putting assets onchain, but turning them into programmable financial products — portfolios that can be constructed, managed, rebalanced, settled, distributed, and integrated with other financial primitives entirely onchain.
We are beginning to see this transition take shape. But one critical layer is still missing: the infrastructure for building and operating institutional-grade investment products onchain.
That is what R25 is building.
R25 bridges the gap between traditional asset management's institutional standards and DeFi's inherent capabilities. Rather than forcing legacy systems onto the blockchain, we leverage three structural advantages of Web3 to solve core industry pain points:

From 1.0 Proven Infrastructure to 2.0 Open Architecture
Since April 2026, R25 has focused on building production-ready vault infrastructure for institutional-grade assets. Together with our first curation-side user Axil, a private credit vault was successfully launched on R25 and reached $130 million in TVL, demonstrating that real-world yield can be brought onchain and made accessible independently of crypto market cycles.
Behind this inaugural vault, we built the infrastructure required to support complex risk curation in production:
Modular vault architecture for multi-asset portfolios
Asynchronous deposit and withdrawal
Standardized NAV and portfolio accounting
Onchain strategy management and execution
Configurable fee and risk management
Extensive security audits
R25 1.0 proved that this infrastructure could support institutional assets. R25 2.0 opens that infrastructure to the broader ecosystem.
Vault Infrastructure as a Service: Everyone is an Asset Manager
R25 provides the infrastructure required to launch, operate, and scale onchain investment products.
For the first time, risk curators of diverse backgrounds spanning from asset managers, traders, quantitative teams, and emerging portfolio managers can configure, deploy, and operate vault smart contracts through R25, curating and sourcing yields from tokenized equities and digital assets while preserving the discipline and transparency that can withstand institutional-level scrutiny.
Traditional public fund establishment requires millions in system integration fees, months of compliance filings, and fragmented backend-to-frontend operations.
R25 2.0 compresses this into: checkboxes, sliders (fee ratio), and one confirmation button.
Curators bring their expertise to the table. What R25 eliminates is the technical barrier of turning a curation strategy into composable, transparent, and transaction-ready smart contracts. Just like Shopify enabled anyone to become a merchant with professional-grade infrastructure, R25 enables every curator to launch accessible vaults with a myriad of digital assets through natural language within minutes.

1. One-Click Vault Deployment & AI Backtesting
Design and deploy your vaults through an intuitive, code-free dashboard. Building the vault smart contracts in minutes via R25’s battle-tested infrastructure.
2. Intelligent Yields Across 2,000 Tokenized Assets
Investors gain access to diverse strategy vaults curated by different investment experts. Curators can track market conditions and implement custom yield strategies across a vast array of digital assets within an intuitive, natural-language based user interface.
3. Plug-and-Play Global Capital Network
Great infrastructure shouldn’t just help you build products, it should help products reach capital. Every vault launched through R25 can immediately access a robust distribution network including Tier-1 exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols, institutional allocators, and crypto-native investors.
What’s Next
The rise of tokenized assets will create a new generation of asset managers—and a new global economy built onchain. R25 2.0 is expected to launch in Q4 2026. If you are building the next generation of onchain yield products, we invite you to fill out the application form and contact us.
